At Bed & Breakfast Prins Hendrik in the heart of Venlo (called the German corner) the Snijders family will be delighted to welcome you. Our B & B is a beautifully renovated city building from 1900 with 4 rooms, completely authentic renovated. The rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor and are tastefully furnished with comfortable beds. All rooms have their own bathroom and toilet. The entire building is non-smoking. Our prices include breakfast, to be consumed in our eatery on the ground floor or in the room (in consultation with our staff).
Our eatery, which is chosen one of the 50 most authentic eateries in the Netherlands. The corner building on Geldersepoort / Monsignor Nolensplein in Venlo still exudes the atmosphere of the past. Surrounded by a rich shopping area and well-known department stores such as 'Die Zwei Brüder von Venlo', this area in the heart of Venlo is often referred to as 'the German corner' because of the German buying tourism that has been traveling to Venlo for decades.
The authentic eatery offers the opportunity for a varied breakfast, lunch and hot meal to your heart's content with a choice of; luxury fish dishes and tasty meat dishes. Article 5 Registration

Article 6 Execution Agreement

Article 7 Right of withdrawal / return
7.1 This article only applies if the Client is a natural person who is not acting in the exercise of his profession or business. Customer has the right to cancel the Agreement with Bed & Breakfast prins Hendrik Venlo concluded at a distance within 31 calendar days and to dissolve free of charge without giving reasons. 7.2 Amounts (already paid in advance) by the Client will be reimbursed to the Client as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after the termination of the Agreement, in the same way that the Client has paid for the reservation.

Article 8 Payment

8.2 If the Customer does not meet his payment obligation (s) in time.
Article 9 Warranty and conformity

9.4 If Bed & Breakfast prins Hendrik Venlo considers the complaint to be well-founded, the defect will be repaired, replaced or reimbursed after consultation with the Client. The maximum reimbursement, subject to the article on liability, is equal to the price paid by the Customer for the service.
Article 10 Complaints procedure

Article 14 Final provisions
14.1 The law of the Netherlands applies to the services.

In order to create a pleasant stay for you and the other guests, the following house rules apply at Bed & Breakfast prins Hendrik.
Respect for the neighbors
Bed & Breakfast prins Hendrik is located in the vicinity of a number of houses with other residents. Bed & Breakfast prins Hendrik kindly requests its guests not to cause any inconvenience.
Reservation
When booking, you must always correctly state the number of people staying at Bed & Breakfast prins Hendrik. If a guest wishes to spend the night with children at Bed & Breakfast prins Hendrik, this should always be discussed in advance with the host in order to give her the opportunity to come up with a suitable proposal regarding the layout and the costs. Layout
The host determines which layout of the rooms and / or studio fits within the occupation of Bed & Breakfast prins Hendrik. Maximum geusts of rooms

It is therefore not permitted to stay with more than two people in the room and / or to stay or to have breakfast. This number applies regardless of the age of the person staying in the room. Checking in
Check-in is in principle from 14:00. A different time can be agreed upon in consultation with the host. Check-in must be done before 7 p.m. You can check in at the prins Hendrik eatery before checking in.
Checking out
Check out between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Depending on the occupancy, a different check-out time up to 12:00 may apply on Saturdays and Sundays in consultation with (and after permission from) the host for the weekend booking. However, the guideline remains at 10:00 a.m.
Key Management
Upon arrival you will receive one key from your host for your stay. You are responsible for locking the doors of your stay and for switching off the lighting. When checking out please return the key to the host.
Lose key
If you lose a key, Bed & Breakfast prins Hendrik will charge you € 75.00.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the prins Hendrik eatery or in the room (in consultation with our staff).
Bed linen and towels
For longer stays, the towels and bed linen are changed. The costs of this are included in the price unless other agreements have been made about this.
Guarantee hygiene
It is not allowed to sleep on the beds in the rooms without sheets and pillowcases. In the event that non-removable stains appear in the mattress, duvet, bedspread and decorative pillows or towels during the night, which also means money for the rest of the establishment, Bed & Breakfast prins Hendrik will pay the resulting cleaning costs and / or costs to replace the charge materials to the guest.
Prices
The prices include gas, water, electricity, bed, towels and breakfast. Free use of TV, Wifi. Parking

Sound

Smoking

Alcohol and (soft) drugs

Internet

Damage

Reservation and payment
If a telephone (oral) reservation has taken place, the rental agreement has been concluded. After the reservation has been confirmed via the contact form or via booking.com, a rental agreement has also been concluded. In all the aforementioned cases the reservation is final. No extra costs will be charged for booking a stay at the B&B. The accommodation costs for the stay in the B&B must be paid in cash or via a PIN payment.
Cancellation
If canceled at least 24 hours prior to the reported arrival date, no costs will be charged. If canceled less than 24 hours prior to the reported arrival date, the entire amount due will be charged. Cancellation must at all times be notified in writing via e-mail (info@bb-venlo.nl) or by telephone (+ 31-77-35 13 618). The B&B already has the right to withdraw the definitive reservation more than 48 hours prior to the earliest arrival time of the reported arrival date without giving reasons with repayment of any amount already paid to the other party. Complaints
The other party is always entitled to submit a complaint to the B&B by means of a complaint. The B&B must always handle a complaint adequately and with due care, so that the complaint is handled according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, both of a permanent and temporary nature, the B&B is entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part or to suspend it temporarily without the guest being entitled to fulfillment and / or compensation. Liability
The B&B cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the other party or third parties as a result of the stay in the accommodation; the guest indemnifies the B&B against claims in this regard. The B & B is not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation such as disruptions and power outages and water supplies and technical installations, not or timely announced construction and / or roadworks in the vicinity of the B&B. The B&B can only be held liable for damage that is due to the gross negligence or negligence of the B&B. All disputes arising from the user agreement or these conditions will in the first instance be settled by the competent court in the Netherlands, insofar as the rules of private international law not determine otherwise. None of the parties can transfer its rights and obligations to third parties unless otherwise provided in the present conditions.
